Light shines through precision-cut lettering and acrylic details in a folded fascia. The Oxygen Clinic design combines a white tray, dark lettering and turquoise accents, with illuminated edges defining the logo after dark.
Acrylic sits behind the fret-cut face, giving the lettering a clean inset appearance. The tray edge remains visible around the cut-outs, with light shining through the acrylic after dark.
A flush finish is also available, bringing the acrylic almost level with the tray face. We agree the inset or flush detail with your design.

Raised acrylic
Acrylic lettering projects beyond the tray face, adding visible depth and a defined edge in daylight. Illumination highlights the lettering and exposed acrylic edges after dark.
The DANS design combines a gloss deep-blue tray, white illuminated lettering, red accents and printed barber-pole graphics over illuminated acrylic. Colours, lettering and graphics are tailored to your business.

Tray & illumination
Face only or complete tray
Your complete tray sign is prepared with its acrylic lettering, backing panel, LEDs, power supply and mounting supports. If you only need a replacement face, send photos and dimensions of the existing sign so we can check compatibility.
Lighting colour
Cool white LEDs are standard; warm white is available on request.
Return depth
An 85mm return is recommended for even illumination. Shallower returns need careful checking for visible LED spots.
Artwork & size limits
Cut strokes need at least 3.5mm width. A single-piece tray can measure up to 3000 × 1480mm including returns; larger designs need joints.
Installation
The installation must secure the aluminium fixing angles mechanically. We confirm the mounting and power arrangements for your premises.
