Made to fit your fascia

Your sign is made to the agreed size, with folded edges that give the face depth and a finished appearance. We plan the proportions around your building and artwork.

Finished edges & corners

We form and secure the returns and corner joints during manufacture. The colour and graphic finish are chosen together for a coordinated appearance across the face and edges.

Mounting & installation

We plan the supporting angles and fixing positions for your wall or existing fascia. Installation requirements and access are agreed as part of your quote.

Lettering & graphic options

Flat-cut lettering

Individual acrylic, composite or foam PVC letters add depth to the tray face. Material, thickness and fixing method are selected together.

CAD-cut vinyl

Solid-colour lettering and logos applied directly to the tray face. A clean, close-fitting finish that lets the tray colour show between the shapes.

Printed and laminated film for photographs, gradients and full-colour branding, applied to the tray face.

A finished edge, all round

Folded edges & finished corners

Your tray sign is made and finished by us, with the edges folded back to create its depth. We form and secure the corner joints for a neat, defined outline when viewed from the front or side.

Made to suit your building

The return depth, colour and graphic finish are agreed with your design. Supporting fixings sit behind the face, with colour-matched caps used where return fixings remain visible.

For longer fascias

A neat finish on longer signs

Larger fascias may need to be made in more than one section. We plan the joints around your lettering and graphics, with the positions agreed before production.

Aligned edges and artwork

Joining supports behind the face help align the sections during fitting. We prepare the sections as part of your finished sign, keeping the overall layout and colour consistent. Fine joint lines remain visible where sections meet.

Colour and finish previews are approximate. Screen colours and the closest RAL references are a guide; use physical samples to approve a critical match. Availability depends on the material and thickness.

Need installation?

Installation is carried out by TOM’s Building, a separate company. Signmasta supplies your signage but does not carry out installation.
