Panel & graphics

An aluminium composite panel with 0.30mm aluminium skins, finished with printed and laminated film or CAD-cut vinyl.

Rear channel & clips

Sign channels sit behind the panel and connect to 76mm grey aluminium posts with matching clips. The front remains clear of the post clamps.

Assembly & site planning

We prepare the graphics and rear supports as part of your sign. The post height, ground conditions and installation requirements are agreed with you before production.

What sits behind the panel

Aluminium sign channel

The supports sit behind the panel, leaving the front clear for your name and message. We position them to suit the sign and post layout.

76mm round posts

Grey aluminium posts connect to the channel with suitable post clips. The panel, channel and post layout are planned as one system.

Measure the location

Send the desired sign width, height above ground and site photographs. Ground conditions and exposure need checking before the post and foundation arrangement is confirmed.

Need installation?

Installation is carried out by TOM’s Building, a separate company. Signmasta supplies your signage but does not carry out installation.
